Job Description
Job Purpose To provide conceptual drawings/renderings, quoting and costs to support project sales in the custom/project business for Swarovski Architectural Solutions within the lighting business. Main DutiesDevelop drawings/renderings of products by evaluating design and project sales requirements Calculate costs that will be used for quoting by project sales
Ensure that the conceptual designs are both manufacturable and cost effective
Develop customer approval drawings where required for customer signoff
Provide Custom/Project Design Engineering support as required
Assist as required in the development of new technologies to support projects
Provide ongoing direction and support to Project Engineering and Production on assigned design projects to ensure customer’s requirements are met Provide creative technical solutions to assist Project Design Engineering in the completion of the project
Requirements
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Related Field
5-7 Years Experience in Quoting and Costing
Lighting Experience a Plus
Relocation to Plattsburgh, NY / Burlington, VT Area. Relocation Assistance Available
