The candidate should qualify as below :
–strong industrial design back ground of 5+ years , prefer to have the Electronic consume products experience
–fluent English comnication capability , who is from Europe or US is a plus score.
–good design capbability with the professional design skills ,should have the on launched products
–have the experience of managing 4-5 team members
–international design vision ,and familiar with the design trend of Fashion, furniture ,Auto mobile and cell phone.
–good presentation and induction ability
–have the strong individual drive capability as well as work in a team
–identify with our brand design Value
–positive motivation
